#LaCotufa

#LaCotufa is our retreats venue in Areia Branca (Lourinha) one hour north of Lisbon (Portugal) by bus.

Cotufa means "popcorn" in Venezuela. That's why the name in case you were wondering!

The venue accomodates 12 people in bunk beds (4 people per room) and we have 4 toilets available, so a restroom is only shared by 4 people of the same room making it comfortable and adequate for the rush mornings since we start activities early in the morning usually with yoga, Tai Chi, or check in meetings.

The house is located 10 minutes walking distance from the beach with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and its waves breaking at the golden sand. Surf lessons can be arranged upon request as well.

Staying at #LaCotufa includes three meals a day (amazing intenational food prepared by your hosts - availability of vegetarian and vegan food). Internet, color printer, laminating machine, huge whiteboard, projector with screen among other stationary materials are available during your stay as well.

We use our venue for our own retreats, but also rent it for external retreats, workcations, etc. The costs vary depending on the situation, our retreats include the price of lodging and meals, workations and other individual stays are arranged by weeks, and external retreats such as team buildings, planning weeks, etc. are negotiated based on your needs.
